1. Promoter: This promotion is conducted by Austworld Commodities Pty Ltd (“Austworld”).
2. Promotion Overview: The DZR Clearance Promotion offers discounted pricing on selected DZR products for a limited time. This is a clearance campaign and applies strictly to available stock.
3. Eligibility: Open to approved Austworld trade account customers only. Customers must hold an active account in good standing at the time of purchase.
4. Promotional Period: The promotion is valid for a limited time only and may end without prior notice. Austworld reserves the right to withdraw or extend the promotion at its discretion.
5. Product Eligibility: Applies to selected DZR products only. Not all DZR items are included in this promotion. Eligible products are subject to availability.
6. Stock Availability: Promotion is strictly while stocks last. No rainchecks, backorders, or future allocations will be honoured at promotional pricing. Once stock is depleted, standard pricing or product discontinuation will apply.
7. Pricing Conditions:All prices are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Freight charges may apply. Promotional pricing cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless approved by Austworld.
8. Order Conditions: Orders are subject to stock availability at the time of processing. Austworld reserves the right to limit quantities per customer to ensure fair distribution. Orders must be confirmed and processed within the promotional period.
9. Returns & Credits:Clearance items purchased under this promotion are not eligible for return, credit, or exchange unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.Any cancelled or adjusted orders will be re-priced at Austworld’s discretion.
10. Faulty Products: Faulty products will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Claims must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe with proof of purchase.
11. Liability:To the extent permitted by law, Austworld is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay arising from stock shortages, product discontinuation, or order processing.
12. General Conditions: Austworld reserves the right to verify all transactions and adjust orders if discrepancies occur.
