|The health, safety and well-being of our customers and our staff are always our main priority. Just like other companies, we are not immune to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the impact of this to our customers and to our supply chain.
We are closely monitoring the situation and adapting to the changes as they unfold. We are doing all we can to minimise disruptions to our customers, but as you can appreciate, there are global issues that are beyond our control.
We are constantly keeping our staff up to date on how we can do our part to slow the spread of the virus and have taken additional precautions, including:
• Multiple sanitisation stations in common areas;
• Maintaining deliveries and pick-ups whilst keeping social distances;
• Self-quarantining if anyone has travelled overseas or is unwell; and
• Restricting non-essential work travel to minimise the exposure of staff in confined areas with other people.
Some of our customers have asked us not to visit their premises due to the ongoing spread of this virus. We will obviously respect such requests and make contact through non-physical means such as phone calls and e-mails. If customers wish us to continue to visit on site, we will continue to do so as long as it is feasible, and in accordance with appropriate health and safety guidelines.
We continue to have various ways you can contact us via email, telephone and social media for any questions or assistance.
Thank you for your understanding, and please appreciate that our motivation is in maintaining the health and safety of our customers and staff. We will continue to monitor the situation on a daily basis and inform you of any changes at the relevant time.
Thank you for your business and ongoing support through this current climate.
